Michelangelo's Pietà

The Pietà is one of Michelangelo's most famous sculptures and depict's Mary's agony as she holds the dead body of her crucified son. Derivative versions of the sculpture have been created in a number of sizes, from almost life-size to small figurines. The following statue is one of the larger versions:
